We provide a property cleaning service for a number of York based letting agencies including Martin & Co, Preston Baker, and Churchills Letting Agents as well as a number of private landlords.
Our property cleaning service includes
- Kitchen worktops, cupboards, sink, tiled areas, floors and walls.
- Fridge/ freezer defrosted cleaned and sterilised.
- Oven including chrome and wire racks, extractor hoods, electrical fittings degreased and sanitised.
- Bathroom- bath, shower cubicle, sink, toilet cleaned and disinfected, lime scale removal, floors, walls, grouting.
- Full carpet and upholstry cleaning.
- Bath and shower sealant mould and mildew cleaned and or re-sealed.
- All bedroom surfaces, windows and frames, furniture moved including cleaning and vacuuming dust under bed and skirting boards.
- Lounge, hallway, conservatories and other reception rooms cleaned as required.
- Interior doors, windows and frames.
